These Terms of Service apply to individual users and partner organisations using the VerifyBlind mobile application, the verifyblind.com website, and related services provided by VerifyBlind. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Service
VerifyBlind is an identity verification platform that enables holders of a Turkish National ID Card to prove their identity to third parties without sharing personal data.

- · Documents other than the Turkish National ID Card (at this time)
- · Users under 18 years of age
2. Conditions of Use
Individual Users
- ·You may only use the app with your own Turkish National ID Card.
- ·Performing verification on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
- ·Attempting to bypass security mechanisms (liveness test, NFC verification) is prohibited.
- ·You may only use the app for lawful purposes.
Partner Organisations
- ·Information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
- ·Your API key is yours alone; you assume responsibility if you share it.
- ·You may only use verification results for the purposes stated in your registration form.
- ·You may not use results for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.
- ·When a user withdraws consent (revoke), you are required under KVKK Art. 7 to immediately invalidate the relevant records and process VerifyBlind revoke notifications.
3. Prohibited Use

4. Fees, Payment and Refunds
This section applies to partner organisations. VerifyBlind is entirely free for individual users.
- ·Each account receives the first 1,000 verifications per month free. The free quota does not roll over at month end.
- ·Each piece of information you request is one verification. If several pieces are requested within the same QR, each counts as a separate verification. Only successfully completed verifications are charged; failed verifications are free.
- ·Once the free quota is exceeded, verifications are drawn from the balance you have pre-loaded to your account (prepaid). There is no post-paid or credit usage. The minimum top-up amount for card payments is ₺1,000; please contact us for lower amounts.
- ·The unit price per verification is anchored to 1 US cent. Its TRY equivalent is calculated on the 1st of each month against the Central Bank of Türkiye (TCMB) selling rate and rounded up to the nearest 10 kuruş; if the result is unchanged from the previous price, the price does not change. The current price is shown in the partner portal and on this page. If the exchange rate falls, the price falls by the same formula.
- ·Loaded balance does not expire.
- ·For single top-ups of ₺10,000 or more, a bonus balance equal to 10% of the loaded amount is added. Bonus balance is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- ·Refunds: Unused balance is non-refundable. Refunds are issued only in cases of double charging or technical error attributable to VerifyBlind. Any refund is calculated solely on the cash amount paid; promotional/bonus balances are excluded from refunds.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." VerifyBlind does not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption, that biometric results will be 100% accurate, or that it will be compatible with every device.
6. Account Termination
Individual users: App → Settings → Delete My Data
Partner organisations: Notify kvkk@verifyblind.com
In the event of a breach of these Terms or a security threat, accounts may be suspended without prior notice.
7. Changes
Material changes to these Terms will be notified by in-app notification at least 15 days before the effective date. If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Turkish Law. Disputes shall be subject to the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices. For data processing disputes, you may also apply to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr).
