Terms of Use

These Terms of Service apply to individual users and partner organisations using the VerifyBlind mobile application, the verifyblind.com website, and related services provided by VerifyBlind. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Service
VerifyBlind is an identity verification platform that enables holders of a Turkish National ID Card to prove their identity to third parties without sharing personal data.
- · Legal transactions or operations requiring notarial approval
- · Replacement of an official identity document
- · Documents other than the Turkish National ID Card (at this time)
- · Users under 18 years of age
2. Conditions of Use
Individual Users
- ·You may only use the app with your own Turkish National ID Card.
- ·Performing verification on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
- ·Attempting to bypass security mechanisms (liveness test, NFC verification) is prohibited.
- ·You may only use the app for lawful purposes.
Partner Organisations
- ·Information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
- ·Your API key is yours alone; you assume responsibility if you share it.
- ·You may only use verification results for the purposes stated in your registration form.
- ·You may not use results for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.
- ·When a user withdraws consent (revoke), you are required under KVKK Art. 7 to immediately invalidate the relevant records and process VerifyBlind revoke notifications.
3. Prohibited Use

| Automated attacks | Bots, scraping, brute-force attacks |
| Service disruption | DoS/DDoS attacks or excessive API usage |
| Reverse engineering | Reverse engineering the app's or API's encryption keys |
4. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." VerifyBlind does not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption, that biometric results will be 100% accurate, or that it will be compatible with every device.
5. Account Termination
Individual users: App → Settings → Delete My Data
Partner organisations: Notify [email protected]
In the event of a breach of these Terms or a security threat, accounts may be suspended without prior notice.
6. Changes
Material changes to these Terms will be notified by in-app notification at least 15 days before the effective date. If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW — to be updated after company registration]. Disputes shall be subject to [COMPETENT COURT]. For data processing disputes, you may also apply to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr).
